SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY

We’re glad to offer international shipping to most places around the world. Currently we ship to our customers in over more then 50 countries worldwide.

We endeavour to process your order(s) entered on loveforbags.com as swiftly as possible. Successfully placed orders are usually dispatched for delivery from our “loveforbags® logistics centre” within in 24 to 48 hours, from the time that such order is placed on the Website. Provided that any item(s) ordered are in stock and payment for your order is received in full.

The delivery time for your order depends on the destination country for your order. Generally speaking your order will be delivered within approximately 2 to 7 working days from the moment your order has been dispatched from our “loveforbags® logistics centre” for delivery to you.

Orders will be delivered on business days from Monday through Friday, excluding national or international holidays in the destination country of your choosing.  Any orders shipped for delivery to you, may be delivered on Saturdays solely on the discretion of the “Logistics Service Provider”.  In general it is not possible to pre-book or pre-arrange any delivery times with our ”Logistics Service Providers”.

Please remember that we do not ship or deliver to any P.O. Boxes or General Delivery/Poste Restante or Military APO/FPO addresses.

Delivery Times and Shipping Costs

The delivery time for your order depends on the destination country for your order. Generally speaking your order will be delivered within approximately 2 – 7 working days (excluding weekends or any national holidays in destination country) from the moment your order has been dispatched from our “loveforbags® logistics centre” for delivery to you.

Delivery times are approximately around 3 to 7 working days. Please be informed that the delivery times indicated above are approximations. Although every effort is made to deliver your order as soon as possible, shipping times mentioned are not guaranteed and delivery schedules (to any remote locations) may vary from time to time. Therefore delivery and/or order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only. These do not take into account any possible delays caused by payment authorization, customs and/or government regulations at destination country of delivery.

When placing your order, please ensure that you provide us with the correct address for delivery of any such order as we are unable to re-direct any orders once items from your order have been dispatched. Currently we do not ship or deliver any to P.O. Boxes, Poste Restante or Military APO/FPO addresses and all parcels require a signature upon delivery.

Delivery times depend on destination country of your choosing and will commence from the moment of dispatch of your order from our “loveforbags® logistics centre” for delivery to you.

Delivery charges are subject to credit card authorization and provision of applicable payment by customer at time of order. Delivery times (as mentioned on the Website) are only estimates; we will not be liable for any delay in meeting such delivery times and are under no circumstance responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes or situations not within our reasonable control.

According to the delivery country of your choosing local customs or import duties and taxes may, but not necessarily need to apply to your order. Since every country has different rules and regulations in respect to any international import duties or taxes, please be informed that shipping charges do not include international import duties or taxes. Therefore all international orders (outside of the “HKSAR”) may be subject to any such import duties and or other taxes. We advise you to contact the customs office in the destination country for information about any applicable duties or taxes in your country.

We are currently not able to supply an estimated cost because any duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered. Therefore all international orders may be subject to any such import duties and or other taxes, which are levied on the recipient once the package reaches the by you specified delivery destination. We are not responsible for any foreign customs duties or import taxes that may be levied or imposed by the customs agency in your destination country after shipment and any such additional charges must be borne by the customer.

When estimating a parcels delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification as well as order processing. If there’s no one is available to sign for the parcel at time of delivery, a collection card will be left in your post box to arrange a re-delivery or pick up of your parcel.

 

Shipping costs and Delivery charges

Shipping costs as mentioned above are generally charged to customers on per order basis and depend on final destination country of your choosing. Orders are generally shipped through EMS International Courier services, SF-Express, HK SpeedPost services, Local Courier Post services or DHL’s delivery service.

In general orders will be charged shipment and delivery costs on a per order basis. Meaning we will calculate the total shipment costs from your delivery for you and these will be added to your order total before you check out.

However for certain destinations delivery of your order may be devided into multiple deliveries at the time. For those destination countries any items ordered, whether it’s a bag or a pair of shoes such order may be treated as one separate delivery order. Nevertheless payment of such order can be made for the entire order beyond one item. For example: if an order is for more then one item (2 bags and one pair of shoes), each of those items will be shipped out individually and you will receive 3 parcels from our logistics partners, courier and delivery service.

Shipping cost incude the shipping and handling process of the carefully packing and distributing of any merchandise purchased, as well as the shipping cost involved to send the parcel with your order to its delivery address in the destination country of your choosing. According to the delivery country of your choosing local customs or import duties and taxes may, but not necessarily need to apply to your order. We advise you to contact the customs office in the destination country for information about any applicable duties or taxes in your country.

Please note that we are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. When an order is placed on our website and is later on refused by buyer at time of delivery, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred in shipping the package.

 

Delivery straight to your doorsteps

Due to our strong relationships with our trusted logistics service partners and their extensive experience, we are able to seamlessly deliver any of your orders swiftly straight to your doorsteps.

Because your privacy is important to us and we understand that you care about how information about your order may be used and shared, we would like any international customers to be aware that any cross-border shipments may from time to time randomly be subject to opening and or inspection by customs authorities. We do not distinguish between standard and express shipping modes, to get your order swiftly delivered to you, orders are generally shipped through EMS International Courier Services, HK SpeedPost, SF-Express and/or via DHL. Based on the destination country and depending on your delivery area, we may use different delivery and/or courier services as we see fit.

Please remember that the courier and logistics service providers cannot deliver any parcels to P.O. Boxes or to General Delivery and Poste Restante addresses and doesn’t deliver on weekends or national holidays in destination country.

 

On what days do you offer delivery?

Generally speaking any orders will be delivered on business days, Monday through Friday (excluding any national and international holidays). It is not possible to pre-book any delivery times. Any orders shipped by EMS or SF-Express may be delivered on Saturdays only at the sole discretion of the logistics services provider used to ship the parcel. All other courier services do not deliver on Saturdays.

Please remember that our logistics  services providers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or to General Delivery and Poste Restante addresses and do not make any delivery on national holidays in the destination country. Any orders made for shipment to addresses to which we cannot ship (e.g. P.O. Boxes or General Delivery/Poste Restante or Military APO/FPO addresses) may  be automatically cancelled at the company’s discretion.

 

Is my package insured in transit?

As a service to our valued customers we generally insure all parcels in transit to the delivery address as indicated at the time of placing your order with us. Please note that once the parcel has been signed for upon delivery, it is no longer covered by any such insurance.

 

From where will my order be shipped?

Generally speaking delivery times are approximately 2 to 7 working days depending on the destination country of your choosing. To provide our customers with a high quality, reliable delivery service orders are generally shipped through EMS International Courier Services, HK SpeedPost services, SF-Express, Local CourierPost and/or via DHL Courier services. Based on the destination country and depending on your delivery area, we may use different delivery and/or courier services as we see fit.

 

 

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

Currently we do not ship to any General Delivery/Poste Restante, A.P.O. Military address, P.O Boxes or to Hotels. Our logistics partner requires that a physical street address is provided along with in certain cases a valid telephone number. Any orders made for shipment to addresses to which we cannot ship (P.O. Boxes or General Delivery/Poste Restante or Military APO/FPO addresses) may be automatically cancelled.

 

Do require a signature for the parcel upon receipt?
Yes, all orders that are shipped to your delivery address require a signature from the recipient upon receipt and delivery of such order. As agreed upon with our logistic partner you will be asked to sign for any goods delivered, at which point any responsibility for the goods purchased passes to you.

In case that you may have specified another person for delivery purposes to be the recipient of your order, (for instance when you’ve ordered a gift for one of your dear friends or that special someone you love), you agree and accept that a signature from such specified recipient (or a signature from any individual present at such delivery address during time of delivery) will be sufficient evidence of our fulfilment of any such delivery. Furthermore you agree that in such case, you shall hold responsibility in the same manner as if you were the receiving individual.

 

Will you inform me when my order has been dispatched?

Yes! Once your order has been dispatched we’ll inform you by e-mail. Therefore as soon as your order is handed over to our shipment and delivery service provider for delivery, you will receive another e-mail with the tracking number and link to the logistics service providers’ website, so that you can follow your parcel in real-time all the way till delivery at your door steps.

 

Can I track my order status?

Yes, once the order has been dispatched, we’ll send you an e-mail to inform you that your parcel has been dispatched from our “loveforbags® logistics centre”. As soon as your order is handed over to our shipment and delivery service provider for delivery, you will receive another e-mail with the tracking number. In this dispatch e-mail you will find your tracking number and a direct link to the shipping company website to monitor the status of your order. So that during transit you’ll be able to track your order in real time until it’s delivered at your doorsteps.

You should be able to track your order within 24 hours after the order dispatch e-mail is send to you. Alternatively you can also monitor the status of your order by visiting the “My Orders” Section when logged in to your account.

In the unlikely and exceptionally rare event that your order has not arrived after 10 working days from the dispatch date of your order, (unless specifically indicated otherwise) please don’t hesitate to contact our Online Customer Service Desk via e-mail. Please note you’ll need to clearly quote your Full name, Order and Tracking number.

 

Refused Shipments
If you decide to refuse any shipments from us you are and will remain responsible for any of the original shipping charges to you regarding such order placed with us, and any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the parcel (on both the original and return shipments) from such order placed by consignee. Such amount will in any case be subtracted from your  refund amount of the merchandise ordered by consignee. Any refused or undelivered parcels will be returned to our logistics centre at expense of the consignee of any such shipment.

 

Compliance Export Regulations

To comply with and adhere to general export regulations, we will declare the exact value of all items ordered as we’re required to mark them as dutiable “merchandise”. We are prohibited by law from marking any orders as a “gift” even in the event that such order is placed with the intention of sending it to a specified recipient as a gift. Meaning although such order may be intended as a gift by you, it will be shipped as regular “merchandise”. Because your privacy is important to us and we understand that you care about how information about your order may be used and shared, we would like our international customers to be informed that any cross-border shipments may in certain cases be subject to opening and or random inspection by customs authorities and relevant government bodies.

In case you are returning an item purchased you may be eligible for a refund of a portion or in certain cases all of the duties and taxes. For any specific information regarding this topic we advise you to contact the local customs office in the destination country for information regarding any return of such duties or taxes.

Delivery address and presence

When placing your order entering the correct shipping address and details is of vital importance. As we are unable to redirect any orders once your items have been dispatched, please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address for the delivery of your order. We can not be held responsible for reshipment if the delivery fails as result from an incorrect address provided at time of placing an order. If a parcel gets send back to us because of unsuccessful delivery, this will be reshipped only on receipt of applicable reshipping fees.

In case Buyer would not be present during time of delivery, our “logistics service provider” will leave you instructions on how to retrieve your order. Usually in case of absence of any receiver during the first attempt of delivery, our “logistics service provider”shall leave a message behind in your letterbox with further instructions for re-delivery or pick-up of your order. When making a second delivery attempt usually this shall take place within the next two days to the first delivery attempt. In the meantime you may contact the logistics partner via the contact details which are left behind at your delivery address. Just simply follow the instructions on the card that’s left for you to rearrange delivery or pick-up.

Please make sure that you provide us with your correct telephone number when placing your order. This way if required, our logistics provider is able to contact the receiving party when necessary and may identify the best suitable time for delivery of any such parcel.

In the unlikely event that all delivery attempts should fail, the parcel we’ve offered for delivery will be returned to sender. In such case, upon request we may provide you with proof of any attempts made to facilitate delivery. We can rearrange delivery for any such parcel; however no compensation for such shipment shall be given by the Company. In the unlikely event a package gets send back to us due to unsuccessful delivery, this will be reshipped only on receipt of therefore applicable reshipping fees.
