How do I track my order?
Shortly after completion we will be send you a confirmation e-mail from your order. Once the order is shipped, we will send you an e-mail to inform you that your parcel has been dispatched from our “loveforbags® logistics centre”. In this dispatch e-mail you will find your tracking number and a direct link to the website from our shipping and delivery services partners’ company website to track and monitor the status of your order. So that during transit you’ll be able to track your order in real time until it’s delivered at your doorsteps.
Please note that it may take a few hours before you can track your order with your tracking number. However, you should be able to track your order within 24 hours after you’ve received your tracking number from loveforbags.com.
Sending your return
Although we’re confident that you’ll love your new bag, we like to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchases on our website. Therefore in the rare occasion that you might not be completely satisfied with your order, you may return any such goods within the seven (7) day grace period from the date of delivery.
Any goods that you may wish to return must be returned to us in re-saleable condition, with original product packaging brand and/or product tags attached. Prior to sending any return item(s) to us, you must first complete our online “Returns Form”
Please send your return parcel, including original invoice, via a pre-paid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery of your return and securely wrap your parcel prior to sending any returns to the address provided by us via e-mail, after submitting your return request. *Please always include your order number when you make a return to us.

Can I change or cancel an order once it’s submitted ?
We strive to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. As such to get your order delivered to you as quickly as possible, we process your order complete with payment immediately upon receipt. Once an order has been submitted we are unfortunately unable to amend an order; this includes changing colour, size of any item and changing the delivery address or any payment methods from such order.
We strive to process, pick and pack your order as swiftly as possible, as such once you have submitted your order to us, we will not be able to cancel or change such order.
However prior to submitting your order, you are given the option clear any items in your shopping bag at any time by clicking on the “Remove Item” button next to the product that you do not wish to purchase in your shopping bag. How do I view the product in my Shopping Bag?
To view the contents of your “Shopping Bag“, click on the “Shopping Bag” in the top right corner of the Website. Once you clicked, you can easily change the quantity you want to purchase of a particular item. You can also remove any item in your basket by clicking the “Delete” button.
How do I remove an item from my basket?
Simply click on the “Shopping bag” icon in the top right corner of the website. This will allow you to view all items currently in your “Shopping bag”. Once you have identified the item that you wish to delete from your “Shopping bag”, click on the “Delete” button to the left side from the item description. After which you can up-date your “Shopping bag” by clicking on the “Üp-date Shopping bag” button.
How do I change the Quantity of a particular item in my “Shopping bag”?
Simply click on the “Shopping bag” icon in the top right corner of the website. This will allow you to view all items currently in your “Shopping bag”, as well as the quantities that you have chosen per item in the “Shopping bag”. To change the quantity of a particular item in your “Shopping bag“, move your cursor to this item and then select the quantity desired in the box that appears under the “Quantity”. Once you’ve done this, the quantity and amount will automatically change and reflect the correct amounts for both the quantity and the cost of such products.

Have you received my order?
Once your entire order is submitted to us, we shall send you an e-mail acknowledging the receipt of your order. This e-mail is only a confirmation of receipt of your order and does not constitute an acceptance of your order.
After which we will then send you an e-mail confirming acceptance of your order. Your order will be processed by us once we have received payment for your order, of which we’ll inform you by e-mail. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon acceptance of your order by us.
After your order has been dispatched we will send you an e-mail of when your order is shipped and another e-mail with the tracking number, so you can follow your parcel in real-time all the way till delivery at your door steps.

Why is my payment being declined?
The most common reason for a payment to be declined is that the address you entered is not the same address on your credit card. How do I place a pre-order?
Please click on the ‘Pre-order button’ and fill in all the requested details. You will be up-dated about the delivery time of the product. As soon as your order is back in stock we will inform you via e-mail.
As a service to our valued LFB customers, we may on our discretion offer merchandise for sale that has not arrived yet at our “loveforbags® logistics centre” These items are in such case marked as pre-orders, which will ship once the goods arrive at our “loveforbags® online boutique”.
You can pre-order these items to reserve for you when the pre-order button is available on the individual product page in question. The expected shipping dates for any pre-ordered merchandise is mentioned on the product respective page and will be e-mailed to you upon placing your Pre-Order with us.
Your Pre-Order then will ship as soon as the item(s) that you have Pre-Ordered is/are available. As soon as the item(s) that you have Pre-Ordered is/are available we will prepare your Pre-Order for dispatch and delivery to you and inform you via e-mail.
If your order contains a combination of in-stock items and pre-ordered items, we will only be able to dispatch the in-stock items.
