Can I track my order status?

Yes, once the order is shipped, we will send you an e-mail to inform you that your parcel has been dispatched from our loveforbags® logistics centre.

In this e-mail you will find your tracking number and a direct link to the shipping company website to monitor the status of your order. So that during transit you’ll be able to track your order in real time until it’s delivered at your doorsteps.

Alternatively you can also monitor the status of your order by visiting the “Your Order” section when logged in to your member Account.

In the unlikely and exceptionally rare event that your order has not arrived after 10 working days from the dispatch date of your order, unless specifically indicated otherwise or is taking longer than expected please do not hesitate to contact our Online Customer Service Team via e-mail . Please note you’ll need to clearly quote your Full name, Order and Tracking number.
