7 Days – Easy Return Policy with loveforbags.com
We like to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchases when ordering authentic loveforbags® products on our Website. Therefore in the rare occasion that you somehow might not be completely satisfied with your order, you may return your item(s) to us within seven (7) days from the date of delivery together with your original invoice after you’ve completed our online Returns Form
Therefore in the rare occasion that you might not be completely satisfied with your order, you can simply return the goods to our Returns Department in re-saleable condition within seven (7) days of receipt. Once your return parcel is received and inspected by our Returns Department we’ll generally issue a refund for your return (excluding original delivery charges), subject to the terms and conditions of our “Returns Policy“.
Any items you wish to return must be returned to us within the seven (7) day grace period from the date of delivery to you to be considered eligible for returns. All items returned to www.loveforbags.com must be returned in re-saleable condition, with original product packaging brand and/or product tags attached. To return any items to us, you must first complete our online “Returns Form“.
Please note that we will only accept returns of items purchased on this website, therefore we cannot accept returns on items that were purchased elsewhere. Any goods purchased from us via the official loveforbags.com website can only be returned in accordance to our return policy. We reserve the exclusive right of final judgment to determine whether an item meets the aforementioned standards.
To return any items to us, please first complete our online “Return Form”and follow the instructions as set out herein. When we’ve received your return we’ll notify you via e-mail on the e-mail address that you provided at the time of placing your order with us. To complete our online “Returns Form“ please click here.
If you wish to return an item, you must notify your intention to return it, in writing, within 5 working days from the date you received your goods. The item(s) must be returned to us within the seven (7) day grace period from the date of delivery to be considered eligible for returns. All return requests have to be submitted within 5 working days from delivery date and are subjected to approval by the our returns department.
The customer is responsible for the postage costs incurred when returning an item. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable and we will not refund any duties or taxes that may have been imposed to customer upon delivery of parcel.
Because returning your parcel can take up to ten (10) working days to arrive at our returns department, we recommend that you send items back within the 7 days grace period from the date of receipt, to ensure the goods arrive to us within eighteen (18) days of receipt, so we can process your refund.
Generally speaking full price merchandise can be returned for a full refund within seven (7) days of the delivery date provided that the conditions herein are met. You will be refunded in the payment method used for your original purchase. Once the order has been returned to us it will be processed and checked by our Returns Department for a refund to be completed. When we’ve received your return we’ll notify you via e-mail on the e-mail address that you provided at the time of placing your order with us. If all return requirements are met we will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them. This however does not apply to any items on sale, as all sales from items on sale are final. Please note that any loveforbags® articles on sale can not be returned or exchanged and are not eligible for a refund.
When the refund has been completed we’ll notify you via e-mail to confirm the returned goods have been refunded to you. Refunds are normally processed within 10 working days of the goods being received back by our returns department.
Notification of a defective product must in any case be given within 24 hours of receiving items of your order to be eligible for return and/or refund. We do not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and whereof any brand and product tags or seal(s) are tags removed and is not provided in its complete original packaging where applicable. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Please note that at this time we ONLY offer a refund for any returned goods and we unfortunately are unable to offer any exchanges. Nevertheless, once you returned an item to us for processing a refund, you can always order the product that you wish to purchase by simply placing a new order for such item.
If you like to exchange an item for another colour or size the most efficient way is to return the original item as explained under our Return policy, and then place a new order. This will guarantee that you get the product you desire as quickly as possible.
To return any items to us, please follow the instructions as set out in our “Returns Policy” to complete your return. When we’ve received your return we’ll notify you via e-mail on the e-mail address that you provided at the time of placing your order with us.

You may return your item(s) to us within seven (7) days from the date of delivery, with copy from your invoice after you’ve completed our online“Returns Form“ and submitted a request to us for return of goods.

- All goods must be returned in its original, new, unused, undamaged and unworn condition in its complete and original packaging (with in case the shoulder strap inside the bag), including dust bag etc. and with all original brand, price and product identification tags attached to the product ordered from us. Any damaged articles or stained products may not be accepted;
- If we find the product has Not been returned to us in fully re-saleable condition, including its complete packaging, we reserve the right to refuse a refund for the product, or deduct up to 20% off the original selling price from the refund amount;
- Any product that you wish to return can ONLY be send back to us, after you have completed and submitted the online “ Returns Form
- By submitting our online ” Returns Form
- The unique Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) provided in that e-mail can only be used for the items specified at time of submitting our online “ Returns Form
- The unique Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) provided by us is required for any of your returns to loveforbags.com;
- To process a return, please complete the our online Return Form; simply indicate your; I) Order Number, II) E-mail and III) the Reason of the return, and then click on “Request Return” button;
- A RAN should always be requested within 5 days of receiving your order. You should then return your item(s) within 2 days of receiving this number;
- Please note that RAN numbers requested later than 5 days after delivery to you will only be granted at our discretion;
- You must return any items from your order that you wish to return to us within Seven (7) days from the date of delivery;
- We don’t accept returns or exchanges after the 7-day grace period. After this 7-day period customer agrees to have effectively decided to keep the item(s) or order delivered;
- As such we reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped to us after the 7-day grace period has expired or items that are not in the same condition you received them in;
- Any returned goods must be received by us no later then within eighteen (18) days from the date of delivery to you to be considered eligible for returns;
- If you want to return an item you must clearly mention your unique Returns Authorisation Number on the parcel from your order. Additionally you must include your original invoice which is also included in the parcel that’s delivered to you;
- All returns received by us without clearly mention your unique Returns Authorisation Number on original invoice in the parcel from your order may not be accepted ( Simply write the RAN onto the back of the original invoice and inclose it in your return parcel);
- Any returns received by us without clearly mention your unique Returns Authorisation Number on the back-side from the original invoice that’s included in the parcel from your order may not be accepted;
- When returning any merchandise to us, these should only be send to our return address provided to you when receiving your RAN;
- Any shipping costs are non-refundable, if you wish to return an orderyou agree to be responsible for any shipping costs and or charges incurred when returning such items to us;
- Any costs associated with a return order are at the expense of the customer and when returning any products to us any shipping charges related to such return order must be pre-paid by you;
- Only in the unlikely event that the ordered product should be faulty, damaged or incorrect of what was ordered we will arrange for your purchase to be sent back to us at our expense;
- Your return can only be accepted if the applicable product is send back undamaged, in new, unused, and unworn condition, within its complete original packaging and with any original brand and product identification tags attached as in its original state.
- Any return must be send with original product box/packaging included and must be received in proper condition by our Returns Department. Return of goods that are damaged, stained, marked or altered can not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer;
- All returns are to be sent back via insured parcel post service or courier service only. Please note that it’s recommended that your return is sent to us with a postal/courier service that provides insurance for the value of the goods, a dispatch certificate or document, a signed proof of delivery and provides you with a tracking number from any of such parcel to ensure that it does not get lost in transport and to insure prompt delivery;
- We cannot be held responsible for items returned to us that we have not been received and signed for. Any return products ordered by you will be at your risk from the time of dispatch until they are proven to have been received by our Returns Department. Please note: that we are NOT responsible for lost packages when in transit;
- Please retain your Certificate of Posting and keep a hold onto it until you have received your refund from us;
- In case of refund, full monetary refund will be issued for all items returned within 10 working days of receipt of returned goods;
- If you wish to return multiple items of one order please make sure to send these in one and the same shipment to ensure that your return can be processed as swiftly as possible. This way your return will be processed quicker and you’ll avoid having to pay more than one return cost;
- Articles on sale can not be returned, nor exchanged and are not eligible for a refund;
- Returns outside any of the condition and timeframes as indicated herein may solely be accepted at our sole discretion;
- Any jewellery and other accessories such as sunglasses purchased through the Website will need to be shipped back to us for return or exchange within 3 working days of receiving such goods. Please be aware that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any pierced earrings;
- Any footwear returns must be in the original condition with soles undamaged, please be informed that we do NOT accept any returns for footwear that’s been worn;
- In general all footwear should be tried on a carpeted surface before wearing them. Furthermore they should in any case be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without their original box or in a damaged box may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer on your own account;
- Return/exchange requests for colours are not allowed, neither are any articles that were not purchased through this website cannot be returned or refunded.
If all of the above conditions are satisfied, we will refund the value of the returned product(s), we will not issue any refunds for returns that do not satisfy all of the conditions indicated above. Provided, however, that you will have the option to request within thirty (30) days of being notified that you are not entitled to a refund that your merchandise be shipped back to you at your own cost and in the condition in which it was received by our LFB Returns Department. If you do not request the return of such merchandise within said thirty-day period, you authorise us, and any of our affiliates or agents, to dispose of such merchandise as it sees fit.
Full price merchandise can be returned for a refund within seven (7) days of the delivery date provided that the conditions herein are met. Please note that any loveforbags® articles on sale can not be returned or exchanged and are not eligible for a refund.
After we have received your return and have verified that all of the conditions have are satisfied and been met, you will receive a confirmation from us by e-mail.
- Refund for returned items can solely be processed after that the returned goods in question have been received by us, and have undergone our necessary quality control checks and our return conditions have been correctly satisfied;
- Refund times depend on the payment method used when purchasing:
- Refunds are processed within approximately seven (7) business days of our receipt of your merchandise;
- The funding source of the original payment determines how a refund will be credited to you. When we make a refund for any returned goods we shall use the same payment source as used at time of placing your order with us;
- If the payment was sent using Payment with PayPal, the refund will usually be visible within 48 hours from when you receive your confirmation e-mail confirming that your return has been accepted;
- If the payment was sent using a credit card, the applicable refund will be credited to the credit card used at time of transaction. Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase. Your account should be credited within one or two billing cycles from the date of return depending on the refund policy of the Credit Card used;
- Generally speaking the timeframe for credit refunds would be between 10-15 days upon receiving goods;
- We may notify you via e-mail on the address provided to us when such transaction for refund has taken place. However, please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process a transaction once they received the required information regarding such transaction;
- For all international orders any customs duties and/or sales taxes that may apply are non-refundable through loveforbags.com. However, you may potentially be able to recover any such cost by directly contacting your local customs bureau;
- Upon receipt of any returned goods, we reserve the right to refuse or deny any refund request at our own discretion if the merchandise doesn’t meet our returns policy requirements;
- We reserve the right to, at our own discretion, should we determine that a client is abusing our refund policy;
- We shall not be responsible for and/or refund any customs and import duties or any other applicable sales taxes regarding the shipment. However, by contacting your local customs bureau directly you may be able to recover such costs where applicable;
If all of the above conditions are satisfied we will refund the value of the returned products, we will not be able to issue any refunds for returns that do not satisfy all of the conditions as indicated herein. However you will have the option to request within 30 days of being notified that returned merchandise not eligible for a return to be shipped back to you, at your own cost and in the condition in which it was received by our returns department. If you do not request the return of your merchandise within said thirty-day period, you authorise us, and any of our affiliates or agents to dispose of such goods as it sees fit.

Please send your return parcel, including original invoice, via a pre-paid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery of your return and securely wrap your parcel prior to sending any returns to the address mentioned below:

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
We strive to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. As such to get your order delivered to you as quickly as possible, we begin processing your order, complete with payment immediately upon receipt. Once an order has been submitted we are unfortunately unable to amend an order; this includes changing colour, size of any item and changing the delivery address or any payment methods from such order. We strive to pick and pack and processing your order as swiftly as possible, as such once you have submitted your order to us, we will not be able to cancel or change such order.
However prior to submitting your order, you are given the option clear any items in your shopping bag at any time by clicking on the “Remove Item” button that you do not wish to purchase in your shopping bag. When an order is delivered to you and for some reason you wish to return goods, you can do so within 7 days of receiving any goods delivered to you. Provided all return terms and conditions as described herein are satisfied and you’ve completed our “Online Returns Form“.
